This is to inform all prospective students of the Federal Polytechnic, Bida that the approved academic calendar for the second semester of 2015/2016 session has been release by the school management.

Second Semester 2015/2016 Academic Session June 2016 Monday 6th – Resumption & Commencement of lectures for ALL students.

 Tuesday 21st – School Board of Studies Meet. Wednesday 22nd – Statutory Academic Board Meeting. July 2016 Tuesday 5th – School Board of Studies Meet.


Wednesday 6th – Statutory Academic Board Meeting. Monday 18th – Registration for Post Semester Examinations begins.

 August 2016 Monday 1st – Post Semester Examinations begins. Saturday 6th – End of lectures for ALL students.

 Monday 29th – Second Semester Examinations beign for ALL students (including evening students) September 2016 Saturday 17th – End of Semester Examinations for ALL students.

 Monday 19th – SIWES begins for ALL students (including evening students).

 First Semester 2016/2017 Academic Session October 2016 Monday 24th – ALL students
 (including evening students) arrive on the campus.
